Aventure Staffing and Professional Services, LLC was founded by Rudy Salem July 1, 1983 in Sioux City. His son, Steve Salem added locations in Spencer on January 1, 1994, and one location in Omaha.
Aventure is now owned by Aventure Capital, LLC. With branches located in Spencer, Grinnell, Sheldon, Victor and Montezuma, Iowa, as well as Norfolk, Neb., and our corporate office in Sioux City, Iowa. All locations continue to grow, and serve as regional specialists in the placement of temporary, supplemental and direct-hire personnel.
At Aventure, we pride ourselves in being able to fulfill the specific technical requirements required by any clientele. Specializing in assembly, machine operation, light industrial, technical, sales, executive, clerical/office and medical personnel we have the ability to meet the needs of a diverse client group.
Our success is based upon the most professional and reliable screening procedures in the industry, as well as staffing coordinators with the background and training necessary to understand the complexity and needs of all the occupations we serve.
