ProTech is a Memphis based technology service company providing talent and technology for business offering talent acquisition, outsourced services and management consulting. Our emphasis is on providing technical expertise with a high degree of personal customer service. ProTech, founded in 1992 has been a premier information solution and staffing service provider since its inception. For approximately eighteen (18) years ProTech has been providing staffing resources to address the strategic business needs of our clients through the use of technology and technology-related solutions. ProTech also provides technology services to businesses through our highly trained engineering staff. ProTech can evaluate the business need, assist with the calculation of the return on investment, design and implement the technology solution and support it or assure that the client has the appropriate talent in place to support it going forward. Network support services include; network planning, design, installation and support and includes disaster recovery planning, hardware/software rollouts, remote access solutions and shared Internet access solutions. We provide technical support and partner services to augment and complement the existing IT resources of some our clients. We do this by utilizing tools such as our Network Operations Center (NOC) in conjunction with our large contingent of highly trained and certified engineers. A unique balance exists between ProTech, its clients and its people.
