The Single Copy Collector collects coins from racks, and cash, checks and money orders fom convenience stores, grocery stores, etc on an assigned route. Duties include: advising in-store accounts on sales opportunities, responsible for collections from all stores and vending machines, collects and records returns for in-store locations, advises on in-store benefits of dual point of contact locations, makes cold calls to potential single copy locations, assists in monitoring all outlets for opportunities to increase sales, delivers the newspaper if needed to recovery locations, monitors equipment usage, and performs preventative maintenance as necessary. Pay will be $8 - $9 per hour and this position averages 20 - 29 hours per week.
A high school diploma or GED is required. This position also requires a valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, proof of insurance and a clean credit history. A credit check will be performed prior to employment.
