Training and documentation experience is essential. This resource will develop curriculum and conduct short onsite training classes to help end users adjust to the look, features and functions of Lotus Notes 8. This resource should also be prepared to answer user questions during and after training to ensure user comprehension. This resource will also develop reference guides, FAQ and technology tips and help develop new curriculum for more detailed Lotus Notes 8 classes. Requirements: Training and Documentation experience in a Lotus Notes environment. Training experience in a classroom setting Able to write technical documentation on a user friendly level and develop training classes. Strong working knowledge of Lotus Notes. Lotus Notes 8 experience preferred. Must be detail oriented, quality-conscious and able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
