Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. ·Responsible for report production activities related to client and internal deliverables. ·Design, develop, modify, test, implement, QC and deliver internal and client reports. Work effectively with Program Managers, Clients, Business Analysts, Finance, Call Center Leadership, Operations Analysts and Technology partners. PRODUCTION SUPPORT ·In support of multiple product offerings, ensure reports are scheduled and delivered according to Service Level Agreements. ·Perform Quality Control on report deliverables according to Standard Operating Procedures. ·Receive and respond to inquiries in support of Client programs according to SLA’s. Document processes, procedures and logic as it relates to reporting. ·Identify, recommend and implement automation, quality control and other process improvements. ·Conduct periodic system reviews and audits. Proactively identify and resolve issues REPORT DEVELOPMENT ·Analyze complex reporting requirements and provide input to high-level business requirements. Document detailed requirements, design and prototypes. ·Assist in defining Standard Operating Procedures, methods and techniques for designing and developing reports. ·Develop complex standard, ad hoc and custom reports to satisfy business requests. ·Participate in client presentations and requirement reviews. ·Act as liaison between Business Analysts, Program Managers and Application Technology partners to ensure warehouses, universes and data cubes satisfy the reporting requirements. ·Develop and execute acceptance test plans for data warehouses, cubes and universes and report objects. ·Perform and participate in peer reviews of work prior to production. Minimum Job Qualifications: Education/Training – 4- year degree in Computer Science or related field. Business Experience – 4 years of experience with advanced analytics, programming or business reporting. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Possess advanced knowledge of Business Objects, Oracle, SQL, Crystal Reports or related technologies. Must be a detail oriented, analytical and an independent thinker. Healthcare or Call Center reporting experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability using MS Windows Applications including MS-Project, MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
