The Senior Accountant’s responsibilities will include: ?? Monthly general ledger account reconciliations and analysis. ?? General journal entries. ?? Monthly bank reconciliations. ?? Fixed asset reconciliation and maintenance. ?? General accounts payables. ?? Assisting with the month-end and year-end closes and preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. ?? Preparation and filing of quarterly Sales & Use Tax returns. ?? Verification of integrity of data, reconciling and reporting discrepancies. ?? Assisting with development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures. ?? Reporting and analysis for management, as required. ?? Other accounting-related responsibilities. Responsibilities may be modified as needed.

Minimum of five to seven years progressive accounting experience, with at least three year’s experience as an accountant. ?? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA a plus. ?? Excellent computer skills, especially high-level Excel, and experience with various accounting software programs. ?? Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment. ?? Extreme detail-orientation and high standards of work. ?? Ability to maintain total confidentiality and to act honestly and with integrity. ?? A willingness to be flexible.
