Support entails management of over 100 firewalls, a dozen squid proxy servers, and hundreds of VPN connections. Support also encompasses enterprise RAS infrastructure. The role requires 24x7 supports via an oncall rotation, as well as projects for site turnups, acquisitions, etc.
