Good Shepherd Communities, a Christ-centered non-profit agency, seeks to hire individuals who truly care about people and want to make a difference in someone’s life. We are seeking an on-call Registered Nurse to work with agency staff to support the medical needs of adults with intillectual and developmental disabilities in order to help them achieve and maintain healthy and full lives as they grow in independence and strength in their walk with Christ. This will be a contracted position. The RN will take calls overnight and whenever the staff nurses are unavailable. They will work closely with the Director of Nursing and the Program Managers to assure the health of the individuals we serve.
Qualifications: • Must hold a current, valid state-specific Registered Nursing License • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive • Must pass a criminal history check • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, problem-solve and be a team player • Must have a positive attitude
