Description

The Account Manager interfaces with the company's member-touching business units to achieve their communication goals, with a specific focus in the areas of database marketing and data management. The Account Manager serves as a key point of contact with these business units and is responsible for: execution of campaign selections, campaign/promotion performance analysis, integration and management of Infrastructure and Analytical/Modeling projects related to client goals, test design support and evaluation, priority management at client level, and knowledge sharing regarding member attributes and trends. The Account Manager collaborates across the company, its affiliates, and with vendors.
