Responsible for the daily processing of contractor labor invoices, monthly analysis, reconciliations and reporting Maintain and utilize a Microsoft Access database and EXCEL to reconcile invoices Candidate will work closely with HR and department manager’s discrepancies Must be able to pull and analyze system data, draw conclusions, identify root causes and determine the impact to business Must possess high team initiative, manage conflict, and demonstrate integrity and trust
3 years experience in Payables, SCM or other Finance related discipline is required College degree in accounting, business administration or finance is preferred Must have experience in MS Word, Access and Excel, as well as SAP Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, 5 year Employment Verification, and Credit Check.
