Technical Requirements: - Strong Java web interface development skills β MVC patterns, Servlets, JSPs, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS - Experience developing server side processes in Java - Database β Strong SQL development skills including an understanding of database access optimization, stored procedures, JDBC - Strong understanding and appreciation of object oriented design and development techniques is critical - Strong testing methodology - Experience developing with Java Server Faces is a plus - WebSphere Studio β Hands on experience with version 5 or Rational 6 is a plus. Other Preferred Skills/Experience: - Strong communication, testing, and documentation skills
