NBC4i.com is searching for and experienced Internet Account Executive for initiating and closing sales calls in the field. Key responsibilities include: developing strong client relationships, managing programs for clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing outstanding client service to major advertising accounts, generating new business, managing all aspects of client relationships, including compliance to contract/agreements, write-offs, receivables, etc.;and ensuring that existing new business and IMD revenue goals are achieved. Candidate should possess at least 2 years experience in media sales, be creative, resourceful and proactive in seeking out new business opportunities.
The primary function of the position is to generate banner and sponsorship advertising revenue for www.NBC4i.com. This position will be responsible for initiating and closing sales calls in the field. Skills (Essential and Preferred): Employee should be able to effectively communicate with customers and management, must be able to use a computer, must have an understanding of the internet, well-organized with a focus on advanced planning. • Must have strong ability to uncover customer’s unmet needs in order to identify new products, and ideas, which focuses on solution selling. •Responsible for developing strong client relationships, managing programs for clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing outstanding client service to major advertising accounts. Generate new business • Manage all aspects of client relationships, including compliance to contract/agreements, write-offs, receivables, etc.; ensured that existing new business and IMD revenue goals are achieved. Experience (Essential and Preferred): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in career experience and training. Two years media sales experience required with one year sales experience in interactive media.
