OUTSIDE SALES REP Job Description: Sales Representatives needed to represent one of the nation's oldest and most respected financial institutions today. This is life and disability insurance sales and you do not need a securities license to perform this job. Stop spending precious time prospecting and spend your time SELLING! 100% of our appointments are scheduled with people who either mailed in or phoned in for the product/service that we are offering. Compensation: Agents earn approximately $500 per sale and typically make a minimum of one sale per day. Commissions are advanced on submission of business and paid weekly. All of our associates enjoy an Exclusive Retirement Package with 100% matching funds. We also have a Bonus Program that pays annual bonuses of $4,000 to $33,000 (1st year agent last year had over a $31,000 bonus) and fully paid five star Conventions (vacations) to places like Ireland, Hawaii and the Caribbean.
