Description

Max Pay Rate : $ 75/hr on W2 (all inclusive).Requires face to face interview. Must have PMO experience.Applicants should be proficient in: 1) Development of integrated schedules and critical path analysis; 2) Scheduling, with the ability to multi-task and manage plans and schedules for multiple small to large projects in a cross functional environment; 3) Determining and communicating critical paths and performing schedule analysis for large programs 4) Cost and schedule integration and/or earned value management; 5) Oral and written communication with an emphasis on interpersonal skills; 6) Synthesizing ambiguous information into a cohesive plan of action through the exercise of sound judgment and experience; 7) Direct management of the software development life cycle required; 8) Excellent critical thinking skills; 9) Expert level Microsoft Project Skills; and 10) Microsoft Office Suite. The Sr. Program Manager, Technical Planner/Scheduler will work in a program office along side of project managers, business managers, and test managers, performing scheduling and planning tasks that are critical for program success. Such duties include: 1) Establish and maintain schedule baselines, the integrated master plan, the integrated master schedule, and work breakdown structure; 2) Develop logical program plans while working with program managers, test managers, implementation managers, and technical leads; 3) Contribute to the continued improvement and implementation of new project planning and scheduling concepts, techniques, policies, and procedures to meet the Program Principals, Director, and Customer requirements; 4) Act as liaison among teams understanding dependencies across teams and potential schedule impacts that result; 5) Provide assistance in resolving issues the potential to hamper progress; 6) Collaboration with project/program managers on availability and allocation of resources, project labor estimates, project sequencing, and new project initiation planning; and 7) Prepare verbal and written reports for management.
