Territory Covered: The territory for this position will include Orangeburg, Sumter, Florence,  Myrtle Beach and Georgetown

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Sell print, shared mail and other services to current and prospective advertisers in an assigned territory. Provide a daily report of calls and results to assigned Manager via corporately approved methods. Produce annual sales up to cover draw.
  • Develop and maintain good working knowledge of all supporting departments. Execute a professional working relationship with all Resource Department Personnel.
  • Provide sales reports to management as requested.
  • Meet all deadlines to ensure efficient production and timely distribution of MailSouth’s products and programs.
  • Maintain complete, organized and accurate files on each account, territorial performance and company policies via corporately approved methods.
  • Know, understand and actively use all marketing collateral necessary to inform and provide clients with pertinent data of the trade area served by our shared mail programs.
  • Be aware of and knowledgeable of competitive media and take necessary steps to minimize their market share in assigned territory.
