Our community associates work with our management teams to identify ways to continually improve the living experience of our residents. Description: Assists in coordinating and managing various aspects of the acquisition and assimilation process for proposed property acquisitions.

Responsibility List: Completes assigned acquisition and assimilation processes such as pre-due diligence inspections, due diligence lease file audits, unit inspection walk-through’s, and other acquisition and assimilation processes as assigned by partnering with corporate and site staff to support various areas necessary to set-up and change-over tasks of new property assimilation.

May be required to complete service request calls by entering residents’ homes, walking through vacant units and assessing readiness, and organizing the shop set-up, inventory management, key control, make-ready status, and completion of other pending service requests for new asset processes by working with various organizational departments and personnel to address specific unit needs that may occur during the assimilation process.

May be required to lease apartments, provide customer service to potential and current residents, answer phones, and provide office coverage as necessary.

May be required to train new service contractors and employees on job responsibilities, expectations, resources, and deadlines, and orients contractors and employees to job work site and organizational policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Requirements

Bilingual Required: No Weekends: No Prerequisite List: Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills necessary to resolve customer and vendor issues regarding physical property assets and to analyze assimilation feasibility.

Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents.

Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of a building maintenance, inventory management, or safety and key control background sufficient to manage various projects to completion within established timeframes and financial budgets.
