Responsibilities: § Ensuring the production environment available, running and all scheduled batch jobs complete as scheduled. § Research any errors in batch processing, perform root cause analysis and formulate a plan to fix the issue to get processing back on track. § Research production issues, identify root cause and suggest solutions for fixes. § Ensure team/self develop and/or follow strict corporate and industry best practices. § Sharing on call duties on a rotation basis with the rest of the team.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: 8-10 year experience in design and development of J2EE server side components using various J2EE technologies like Spring, Hibernate, and EJB Working knowledge of J2EE UI technologies like JSP, Servlets, Struts (validation framework). Experience writing PL/SQL and stored procedures Knowledge of Oracle. Knowledge of development and deployment with WebLogic. Knowledge of UNIX. Experience using Ant and CVS Working knowledge of WebServices The contractor on boarded will be trained in Global 360 and then will support (in a production support 24x7 environment) the application(s) and eventually will transfer knowledge to the rest of the team (7-9people). Nice to Have Skills: Knowledge of Autosys. Knowledge of Swing. Knowledge of SAS. Log4J, Clover, Cruise Control. Global 360
