Qualifications: ? A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and business experience. ? Experience with and knowledge of data management. ? The ability to support work across multiple teams and to communicate effectively with both technology and business groups. ? A minimum of seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in systems development with a recent focus on XML development. Candidates with experience in the fields of accounting, finance, and secondary mortgage activities are preferred ? The successful candidate must have exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities. ? Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment are required. ? Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
