  • The Liaison Engineer develops complex repair dispositions of high impact requiring innovation and a wide range of aircraft technical knowledge.
  • Makes preliminary design proposals to complex engineering issues.
  • The Liaison Engineer routinely expresses intent of design where define data is unclear.
  • Will Liaison between customers, manufacturing, quality and suppliers to clarify engineering data or customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Prior engineering MRB authority or equivalent required.
  • Structures, payloads and systems knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work all shifts and overtime is required to support manufacturing 24/7.
  • Requires a BS degree in engineering and typically a minimum of 8 years experience in an engineering classification.
  • BS mechanical engineering, civil engineering and aerospace engineering preferred. Other engineering degrees will be considered depended upon structures, composites, and systems knowledge and experience.
