The Last 30 minutes of Shift is Good Housekeeping. Using Measurement Tools (Tape Measure & Speed Square) Ability to Move Quickly in Assembly Line Process Training Process Includes Observation and Hands-On Technique Training. Additional Qualifications: - Must Pass Written, Grammar, Math, Measurement and Safety Tests with 80% Accuracy or Better - Able to Read, Write and Communicate Clearly in English for Essential Job Functions - Employees Must Have Good Attendance and Ability to Arrive On-Site 15 Minutes Prior to Shift Prepared to Work - Must Call 1 Hour Prior to Shift Each Day Scheduled to Work Confirming Daily Attendance (POLICY) Environmental Demands: - Must Dress for Different Weather Extremes (Indoor and Outdoor Work Areas) - Ability to Work in Warm, Cold or Dusty Environments - Ability to Stand for 8-12 Hours Without Discomfort Physical Abilities Required Include: Bending, Stretching, Pushing, Pulling, Twisting & Lifting.
