· Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering (MS preferred). · Minimum of 8 years of applicable Materials experience, preferably in working with composites. · Must be familiar with metals, composites and materials testing. · Strong technical ability including experience with Certification rules and requirements. DER or ability to grow into DER position preferred. · Be able to coordinate technical projects to meet requirements of internal customers and internal support organizations in line with schedule priorities. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent customer service skills. · Team player that exhibits and models the Client core values and leadership attributes.
