Required Skills: Ability to apply understanding of the business process to create software enhancements that fulfill the needs of the application’s users Ability to translated end user's requests into technical requirements Solid understanding of UML and other process modeling techniques Solid understanding of design patterns and object-oriented design practices Strong communication skills Previous development experience Experience with the Microsoft development platform (e.g. .Net, SQL Server) Other Required Skills: Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal) Comfortable working in a team environment Excellent documentation skills Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills Recommended Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of the REO industry Knowledge of the real estate industry Knowledge of the mortgage industry, in particular default servicing Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
