Job Responsibilities Primary responsibilities as Web / SharePoint Developer include the following:

  • Maintenance of Internet, Intranet and Extranet sites and all internal and external web-based applications.
  • Supporting the daily maintenance of applications based on SharePoint (MOSS) 2007, SPS 2003, and ASP.NET.
  • Responsible for all phases of a development project, helping formulate best practices, and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Development in C# using Visual Studio 2003/2005 Team Suite, Team Foundation Server, and SQL 2000/2005
  • Undertaking several large migrations of current sites to MOSS 2007
  • Developing .NET web applications using ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005 and/or MOSS 2007.
  • Enhance, maintain, and migrate existing web applications to the latest version of the .NET framework.
  • Enhance, maintain, and migrate existing SPS 2003 and team sites to MOSS 2007.

    Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in web application development
  • 3+ years experience in ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, XML Web Services
  • 2+ years experience in SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Services including custom web part development
  • Knowledge of SQL Server 2000/2005 including database design and stored procedures
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience Local candidates only. United States Citizens and Permanent Residents only, please. We do not offer corp to corp arrangements.
