Description

  • Provide on-site technical support to an enterprise-level environment
  • Respond to trouble tickets using Remedy
  • Provide break/fix support to customers regarding printers, laptops, desktops on HP, Lexmark, IBM, and Dell equipment
  • Some software support will be required

Requirements

  • 1 year recent Hardware Break/Fix experience
  • A+ Certification
  • Experience supporting printers, desktops, laptops including:
  • HP, Lexmark, IBM, Dell (All equipment preferred. Experience with at least one equipment is required)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Hardware certifications are preferred but not required
  • Drug Test Required
  • Criminal Background Check Required
