Provide on-site technical support to an enterprise-level environment Respond to trouble tickets using Remedy Provide break/fix support to customers regarding printers, laptops, desktops on HP, Lexmark, IBM, and Dell equipment Some software support will be required
1 year recent Hardware Break/Fix experience A+ Certification Experience supporting printers, desktops, laptops including: HP, Lexmark, IBM, Dell (All equipment preferred. Experience with at least one equipment is required) Must have reliable transportation Hardware certifications are preferred but not required Drug Test Required Criminal Background Check Required
