Duration: 6-9 Months ( Possible for Full Time Conversion Later)

Work hours: 7am - 4pm Monday through Friday within a 30-mile radius of Nashville

Must have own reliable transportation.

Our Direct Client is a communications construction company specializing in voice and data structured cabling installation. Client is based in Nashville, Tennesee. Contact us for all of your voice and data cabling needs.

Job Description:

As a Low Voltage Installation/PC Technician, you'll be responsible for leading technicians in the installation of low voltage cabling and computer systems in commercial offices and other environments. Your duties will include


    • Installing low voltage cabling, equipment, computer fixtures, wireless access points, data points, and security cameras .
    • Setting up pathways for low voltage systems, including cable tray, j-hooks, and sleeves for firewall penetrations.
    • Utilizing hand tools and power tools for installation tasks.
    • Repairing low voltage cabling and computer equipment.
    • Performing physically demanding tasks, such as moving and lifting heavy objects up to 50lbs.
    • Must be able to distinguish between different colors and possess manual dexterity to complete fine motor tasks.
    • Conducting tests and furnishing documentation using Fluke equipment.
