IT RECRUITER - SALES

It's 2016 and the job market is excellent.  Our group specializes in Chicago's IT search industry. We help companies find IT talent and provide career leveraging opportunities for individuals seeking a new challenge. Our clients range from trading to healthcare based software solutions, data analytics, investment management to e-commerce. 

We are looking for experienced SALES professionals, not necessarily IT RECRUITERS. We are looking for individuals who understand how to relate to different types of personalities and cultures, as well as someone who understands how to inspire, explain and thoroughly describe business opportunities.

This is an incredibly difficult role, so we look for people with a high level of aptitude, resilient and love to ask questions.

Our team will help, assist, train, develop, and mentor you in becoming a well prepared recruiting professional. What happens after that is determined by you. You determine your career path at CPS. We offer opportunities to mentor, lead and manage recruiters. However, if you're not interested in leadership roles, we have a very lucrative career opportunities as a recruiting specialist within CPS. There are no income and professional ceilings at CPS.

Requirements:

We need someone with a high level of creativity and the willingness to give 100% on a daily basis......but have fun while doing it.

-3-4 years of SALES experience.

-Enjoy winning, but hate losing (This is very important)

-Aptitude - there is a tremendous amount of information that will be presented to you in the first month, so you need to be on your toes.

-Do you learn from your mistakes....or better yet, can you learn from other mistakes

-Goal Oriented - Please be prepared to discuss a situation in your life when you set out to accomplish a goal, succeeded, and how you did it.

-Enjoys being part of a team, likes having fun, good work ethic

-Excellent communication skills

-We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference for themselves and others.
