Gene Yezak, President and Owner of Yezak Technical Staffing, is a true veteran when it comes to Engineering, Design, and all of the support disciplines of the Oil and Gas industry. Keeping honesty and integrity as the foundation of his work, Gene Yezak remains one of the most respected names in the industry.

Upon receiving his discharge from the military, Gene returned to his hometown, Houston, TX, with an engineering career in mind. His enthusiasm and work ethic placed him with a number of the top petrochemical, offshore, and pipeline companies throughout the industry. Gene was approached with a new opportunity and began Recruiting. Growing within this position he soon advanced into a Sales role and shortly after found himself promoted to Director of Sales, where he remained for over twenty-four years.

After many years as a Director of Sales, Gene decided to go out on his own to continue staffing domestic personnel in the Oil and Gas industry. Based on the relationships he’s established over the years, he believes honesty and the commitment of service to both his clients and employees are two of the utmost important qualities to embrace. With a profound understanding for the sense of urgency to provide the client with the most dedicated and qualified employees, he is in the office every day carrying out that promise. Gene takes pride in his work and the relationship with each individual client.
