Based at our Arlington, VA office, our Architects provide technically complex and robust architectural design analysis to support mission-critical environments, for renovation as well as new built environments
You will be challenged with high level strategic decision-making tasks; applying knowledge of architectural design, zoning and building codes, building systems and materials for a single client according to their desires, needs, and financial resources
Essential Responsibilities:
• Review of third party building and facility condition assessments.
• Capital projects management.
• Code and Accessibility analysis.
• Review and generation of Facility Code Indices.
• Analysis of cost models.
• Analysis of design alternatives.
• Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects.
• 10%-15% travel time with trip durations of 1 to 2 weeks, including international travel

#biaffederal Here's what you'll need:
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
• US Citizenship.
• TS security clearance
• 5 years of experience in building design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Ideally, you'll need:
• Registered Architect (RA)certification
• Experience working with federal clients
