Windows Support Engineer
Role: Windows Support Engineer
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Duration: 6+ Month Contract tentative with Possible extension
Job Details
In depth understanding windows server systems.
Windows Server Patching (Experience with any of the Windows patching tool)
Trouble shooting skills in O365 Administration
Certification renewals and installing new certificates.
Managing Network drives and access rights
Installation, Configuration, Migration of Windows servers
Configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and software
Installing and configuring operating systems and applications
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
Providing technical support to users
Hands-on experience with Windows server administration
Uses and manages virtualization software such as VMware, vSphere.
Installs new applications and helps configure them including web servers, OS, and infrastructure components.
Familiarity with security tools and best practices
Ability to identify and troubleshoot system issues.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
