Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Lead the onboarding process for new Ansible Automation Platform deployment types and Ansible lightspeed usecases into our framework for continuous performance testing, including AAP on OCP and AAP’s cloud marketplace services.
• Create instruments to increase application load in the Ansible Automation Platform.
• Work together with engineering and quality assurance to develop tools that automate Ansible Automation Platform deployment and configuration.
• Automate the gathering, evaluation, and characterization of performance data and logs for monitoring.
• Improve code base efficiency by closely collaborating with software developers to rethink algorithms, use less resources, and reduce latency.
• Developing tools to identify performance and scaling difficulties and parameters for different features would provide all solutions significant visibility.
• Proactively identify problems related to scaling and collaborate with the Application Operations and Engineering teams to find solutions.

Below are theRequired Skills & Qualifications –

• Capacity to work a full-time job
• A computer science or engineering degree, or comparable experience
• Knowledgeable about Linux or UNIX operating systems (of any version)
• Knowledgeable about using container orchestration tools (like Openshift or Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with automating software testing and deployment
• Knowledgeable about test data analysis and visualization
• More than a year’s experience developing or testing software
• Knowledge of programming in languages like Python or C
• Good communication abilities both in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with the Red Hat Ansible Automation Framework
