The Developer will be responsible for the overall analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and support of technology solutions within Lennar Corporation. The Developer must have excellent software development and people skills to make a difference in the solutions and their users.


  • Technical proficiency in assigned area
  • Executes assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Quickly grasps technical and business concepts
  • Performs intermediate level of coding and complex configuration
  • Independently solves technical problems in assigned area
  • Ensures developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
  • Executes unit, performance, and acceptance tests to solutions to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Recognizes when to escalate to more senior associates
  • Provides level 2 support functions
  • Implements solutions in alignment with IT strategy and standards
  • Understanding of Git commands and GitHub source control
  • Understanding of agile and scrum ceremonies
  • Desire to automate testing, QA, and release management processes via DevOps
  • Documents code cleanly for other developers to integrate


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or certification required
  • Must have hands-on experience in the following:
    • Azure technology stack (APIM, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Azure Blob)
    • Building function apps, logic apps, web apps using Java, JavaScript-based technologies like NodeJS
  • Development experience/knowledge of other cloud environments like AWS is a plus
  • Must have worked in an agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience applying Software Development best practices and following SDLC processes

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. 10-20% of travel is required.
