IT Support Analyst

We're partnering with a fantastic client company that is looking to bring on a talented IT Support Analyst to their team! If you're passionate about technology, love problem-solving, and want to work with cutting-edge tools and equipment, this is the role for you.
Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour
Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:15pm; Fully Onsite
What You'll Be Doing:
- Quickly identify and solve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Handle the installation, configuration, and upgrades of desktop/laptop hardware and software to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Configure and manage hardware images for desktops and laptops.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with end users, ensuring their issues are resolved to satisfaction while keeping the help desk ticketing system up to date.
- Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve workflows and support processes.
- Document solutions and create standard procedures to streamline operations.

Required:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Dell desktops and laptops.

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Fortinet firewall technologies.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.

Skills & Abilities:
- Expert proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (10) and Microsoft Office, including Office 365, Active Directory, and MS Exchange.
