IT Support Tech
Responsibilities:
- Set up IT equipment
- Provide technical assistance to all users
- Document technical issues and solutions via ticketing system
- Perform other IT/ office related tasks as need
- Working knowledge computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
