DCS develops Robotic Technology Kernel (RTK), which is the Ground Vehicle Systems Center's (GVSC) library of modular software package that can be used for common ground autonomy software. The United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC), located in Warren, Michigan, is the United States Armed Forces’ research and development facility for advanced technology in ground systems. GVSC is dedicated to getting robotics capability into the hands of Soldiers.

Essential Job Functions:

Agile Master for one or more teams that follow Agile methodologies, i.e., Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Coach other Agile Masters and Product Owners on Agile methodologies.

Champion software development workflow while working with other Agile Masters and Product Owners of RTK.

Deploy software development processes for ground vehicle autonomous software.

Align with the process group to understand their needs and drive required changes for the product line.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security clearance.

Previously demonstrated Agile experience, preferably as an Agile Master.

BS in Computer Science, EE/CE with at least 3 years of software development experience in an Agile domain.

Desired Skills:

Experience in safety critical software development environment e.g., ISO26262 and DO-178B/C.

Experience working with C++, Python, and Java.

Experience working with GIT, Docker, Agile, Bitbucket, Jira, and SIL.

Robotics and autonomous systems experience, e.g., ROS.
