We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our business applications, including our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

As a Software Engineer on our team, a typical day might include the following:
* Collaborating with our professional services division to develop technical solutions for intricate business challenges within our ERP system (Deltek Vision/VantagePoint).
* Providing excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day operations in our business system.
* Developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using various programming languages and frameworks (Deltek Vision/Vantage Point, MSSQL, C#, and Azure)
* Participating in code reviews and other quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of our software applications.
This job might be for you if:
* You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment.
* You have 2+ years of related experience in a technical environment.
* You know IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies. You have experience understanding business and technical requirements based on the input and opinions from a diverse group of users.
* You desire life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies.
* You embrace a dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt well to rapid change.
* You can participate in after-hours, on-call rotations.
