Job Details

Fresh off a successful seed round, this early-stage company is led by a founding team of 12 with deep expertise in data science and engineering. They've built strong technical foundations on the data side, and are now seeking their first full-stack engineering hire to take ownership of the product as they scale to the next wave of growth. Their product is already being used by users all of the country.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead all full-stack development, from infrastructure to user experience
  • Architect and implement the core member-facing and internal tools from the ground up
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless care navigation experiences
  • Make key technical decisions on tooling, frameworks, and long-term architecture
  • Write clean, production-ready code while also building and mentoring future engineering hires
  • Enhance performance, security, and scalability as platform usage grows exponentially
  • Play a critical role in shaping engineering culture, standards, and hiring practices

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Proven success building data-driven, full-stack web applications end-to-end
  • Prior startup experience is required— or equivalent experience building and shipping software in a high-growth environment
  • Flexible on exact tech stack, they currently are using Snowflake, Dagster, and Xano
  • Strong foundation in data systems and working with sensitive member information
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technically and partner across product and operations
  • Genuine interest in healthcare innovation and a desire to solve meaningful system-wide issues
  • Healthcare isn't required, onus if you’ve worked at companies like Garner, Oscar, Spring, Rightway, or similar
