Process Engineer
- The Process Engineer will conduct technical studies for unit optimization, emphasizing safety, environmental compliance, reliability, efficiency, and cost improvements.
- Participate in team design engineering efforts to identify and achieve process and cost improvements.
- Prepare AFEs, MOCs, and Incident Reports related to technical issues
Approve MOCs for technical details and process hazard analysis reviews. - Act as the main point of contact for plant technical issues, working cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and maintenance.
- Maintain Process Safety Information, administer and monitor MOC records’ status.
- Manage and maintain process computers, including updates, programming, safety system testing, and training.
- Relocation available
$120K-$150K.
Requirements
- The Process Engineer will have a BS degree in chemical engineering and 8+ years of chemical manufacturing experience.
- Experience in the mineral acids field a plus.
- DCS experience, project engineering experience, and leadership of projects under $3 million.
- Knowledge of Pi and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S
without sponsorship.
