PROCESS ENGINEER - UNITED STATES

• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement using PFMEA tool.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement projects.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
• Work in an automated environment and collaborate with automation engineers to ensure processes are running smoothly.
• Travel to US and Mexican plants to support process improvement projects and provide technical assistance to production teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, with experience using PFMEA tool.
• Experience working in an automated environment with knowledge of automation technologies such as PLCs and HMIs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
