What You’ll Do

• Develop advanced algorithms that solve problems of large dimensionality in a computationally efficient and statistically effective manner.
• Execute statistical and data mining techniques (e.g. hypothesis testing, machine learning, and retrieval processes) on large data sets to identify trends, figures, and other relevant information.
• Evaluate emerging datasets and technologies for our analytical platform.
• Own the development of select assets/accelerators for efficient scaling of capability.
• Contribute to the thought leadership of the firm by helping in researching the evolving topics and publishing them.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree or PhD in STEM and strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required.
• Knowledge of programming - Python (Deep Expertise), Pyspark.
• Experience in engineering features from a variety of data sources.
• Experience in ML platforms like Dataiku, Sagemaker, MLFlow, or other platforms.
• Knowledge of big data/advanced analytics concepts and algorithms (e.g. text mining, social listening, recommender systems, predictive modeling, etc.).
• Expertise in developing one or more classes of machine learning algorithms (time series, classification, regression, etc. - preferably in a product environment).
