.NET Developer

Job Description

Analysts is looking for qualified candidates for a .NET Developer. This is a 100% REMOTE contract role - initial duration is 6 months with potential to extend up to 18 months total. GREAT opportunity with a terrific client!

Development breakdown:

  • Front End - Presentation Layer (5%)
  • Middle Tier - Logic Layer (50%)
  • Back End - Data Layer (45%)



Skills Required:

  • Must have 5 years of experience analyzing business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions
  • Must have 5 years of experience designing enterprise class solutions using object-oriented analysis and design patterns, service-oriented architecture, and solution frameworks
  • Must have 5 years of development experience in .Net technologies
  • REST API Integration
  • Dependency Injection
  • Unit Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • Proficient in delivering software in 2-3 weeks
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong passion for developing test in class Web APIs
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs protected by various authentication methods (OAuth, client certificates)
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, resiliency techniques and design patterns, including but not limited to Dependency Injection, Singleton Pattern, MVC, MVVM
  • Strong understanding of version control systems such as Grit
  • Hands-on experience using C#, SQL, and JavaScript code
  • Strong understanding of automated deployment tools like Octopus
  • Must have excellent communication skill
  • Must be flexible and able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
  • Must have the ability to work the minimal supervision within a large, structured environment
  • Strong problem- determination skills and resolution experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related analytical field or equivalent experience



Special Qualifications:

  • Experience securing sensitive data such as PII, HIPPA, or PCI data
  • Knowledge of web security best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)



Work Description:

  • Design, develop, test and maintain features within Online Payments, which processes payments coming from web, mobile and point of sale.
