As a Solution Architect, you will work with application owners and other stakeholders to design business solutions and to solve technical problems. As a Lead Developer with substantial full-stack Microsoft-centric development, database and application integration knowledge, skills, and abilities, you will be engaged in the continuous improvement of applications and the implementation of new business features and functions. You will be responsible for a mix of design, development, and production support activities, including troubleshooting, root cause identification, and implementing solutions.
You will work closely with the Development Teams for the internal ERP and CRM systems, and websites, as well as those supporting and integrating SaaS solutions. You will also work with the DevOps team, helping with the deployment of new products and supporting the application ecosystem and associated processes.
The applications you will be responsible for include internal ERP and CRM systems which enable franchise operations while delivering a high-touch customer experience during the sales process, and other Microsoft-centric applications in the portfolio. These solutions are built on a C# .NET stack, with MS-SQL Server utilizing numerous APIs to enable business processes and inter-process communication.
You must have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, intellectual curiosity, and the bias for action to succeed in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
You must be detail-oriented and a skilled problem solver.
Key Responsibilities Summary:
Work closely with the product owner, development teams, and other stakeholders to understand platform operations and the product roadmap.
Understand all key system operational processes, workflows, etc., and identify areas for improvement.
Work with the whole project team including the QA team and 3rd parties to enhance/improve APIs, and troubleshoot integration, and data issues.
Work with the QA team to troubleshoot any issues that arise, catching and solving them before launch.
Develop and implement holistic solutions for recurrent issues in applications; provide relevant design/ development inputs to the Development teams, thus continuously improving and ensuring the stability of the platforms.
Monitor solution health and performance across applications, APIs, databases, etc.
Required Skills:
Strong full-stack Microsoft-centric, .Net development skills; Significant .Net Development experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level web applications. Proficiency in Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and Angular-based user interfaces.
Strong MS-SQL design and query skills
Solution and Integration design skills
Experience supporting CRM, ERP, particularly Supply Chain management, and or large-scale operational systems.
Understanding of supply-chain management using EDI concepts (850, 855, 810, or similar)
Experience supporting/troubleshooting APIs, JSON objects, etc.
Experience in Agile and Hybrid Agile teams
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Bonus Skills:
MS-SQL ETL skills (SSIS)
MS-SQL Reporting skills (SSRS)
DevOps skills, with experience in Continuous Integration and Build Automation
Knowledge of Relevant scripting languages / Command line
Current with IT trends and best practices, and able to identify the ones we should implement.
