Responsible for developing, planning, and executing F-35 operational test missions with a team of qualified “White Force” participants and Analysts, using a Test Plan and tactics documents as guides to test the F-35's effectiveness in an operationally-representative environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform a variety of duties in a control room atmosphere during a test event, such as assessing test objectives, observing flight safety issues, and other real-time scenario assessments to ensure safe and effective test execution.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
A Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited program plus 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 10 years of experience is required.
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
Must be familiar with air warfare and tactics in one or more mission areas including Defensive Counter-Air, Offensive Counter-Air, Destruction/Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses, Close Air Support, Air Interdiction (air-to-surface strike), and weapons live fire events.
Knowledge of or experience with threat tactics and capabilities will be highly valuable.
