Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Our well-established, employee driven, and service award winning company is looking for their next Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a contract to hire opportunity located in Huntersville. This individual will perform the data entry of customer orders, process orders and claims, and provide clerical support to the team.
Pay:13.50

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

  • Effectively perform data entry of customer orders
  • Key and verify original orders
  • Perform receptionist functions
  • Receive, understand, and distribute customer information related to schedules and purchase orders
  • Manage calls between customers and vendors as needed
  • Assist with assigning and scheduling deliveries and notify all parties of any potential changes
  • Research and manage any claims and disputes from all parties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
  • 3+ years in customer service or fast paced office environment, required
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and data entry skills, required
