Applicant must have past experience in asset survey and information gathering, asset requirements gathering, CMDB build-up and application discovery like projects with comprehensive knowledge of business systems platforms and enterprise IT systems in banking and/or mortgage financing industry including understanding of applications and data discovery, analysis and documentation for projects.

Ability to determine policy, project and operational objectives and draft requirements and presentations for presenting to line-of-business process owners and data owners. Experience in defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements progress measurements and for reporting.

Ability to assist PM in monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Write and maintains procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills with tact and diplomacy. Ability to work with teams and direct an organized work effort. Ability to function effectively in an environment with multiple and fluctuating priorities. Good understanding of banking processes and line of business systems. Ability to work under deadlines and heavy workloads. Able to cope with a changing environment.

Operational: Demonstrate and maintains professional competency. Interviews with business process owners and data owners for discovery process, assess discoveries, prepare and maintain all functional documentation. Ensure accurate and current documentation stored appropriately and readily available when needed.

Analysis: Must have the business and technical knowledge/skills necessary to recognize technology and data footprint outside enterprise IT asset management and service management. Coordinate assessment, information gathering, analysis and reporting at project level.

Reporting: Data verification, data mapping, and validation of application used by line of business. Perform data analysis and report development.
