Interactive Business Systems is teaming up with a Waukesha, WI client to locate and bring on a Business Application Support Analyst on a contract opportunity!
The Application Support Analyst ensures that enterprise applications run optimally and provides support to internal customers. This person will analyze, monitor, and support application processing and will provide operational insight to an engineering audience in a 'shop floor' environment. The Application Support Analyst will regularly evaluate the current state of the applications, identifying opportunities that improve the end-user experience, promote automation of application processes, and participate in the design and implementation of approved solutions.
This individual requires a high level of initiative to quickly resolve or escalate mission critical issues and business inquiries.
- Takes ownership of support requests, business inquiries, analysis and project tasks with moderate supervision
- Maintains and responds to application monitors, reports, and alerts
- Identifies software system and process improvement opportunities and implements approved solutions
- Creates and maintains systems documentation
