Summary:OpenEdge is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our team working in our Lindon, UT office locations. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to improve efficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, reduce risks and eliminate rework/waste. This position will also provide value added reporting to the business on process throughput and key performance indicators. Through the utilization of Lean Six Sigma methodologies you will drive culture and change.
Gain a working knowledge and understanding of OpenEdge business processes
Build collaborative relationships with key process owners
Develop and maintain process flows and narratives over key processes
Develop KPI’s and supporting metrics to determine baseline performance on key processes
Identify opportunities for improving processes and creating efficiency with a focus on improving the client experience in all areas
Utilize an array of LSS tools to Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and control Business Process Projects
Develop and present process improvement recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
Provide value added reporting to management that’s focuses on the health of business
Ensure reporting is created to monitor work flows, efficiency and throughput
Prepare monthly reports on statuses of projects to management team
Track performance and report on trends
Utilize data to help determine areas of improvement
Assist with project management or perform as project manager as needed
Coordinate to implement processes to minimize identified risks where possible
Follow and/or create process mapping
Manage the UiPath Robotic Process Automation tool
A minimum of two (2) years experience with process improvement, assessment, workflow and process mapping
Proficient in MS Office or equivalent tools, including but not limited to Visio
Prior experience with project management, preferred
Bachelor's or equivalent experience
Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt or Higher Certification
Knowledge of Software Development processes and development cycles
Basic understanding of coding or software logic
Working Knowledge of Salesforce - CRM
Working Knowledge of UiPath - Robotic Process Automation
