Required Skills

• Drives the use of consistent and streamlined documentation procedures for use in translating multi-faceted business issues in a simple and powerful manner
• Applies in-depth understanding of the business, customers and new IT technologies to review requirements, and recommend improvements
• Demonstrates complete understanding of interfaces and data flow across various applications to drive testing for large/complex projects
• Proficient in working with excel spreadsheet to manage data maps.
• Applies understanding of writing and messaging to develop communications tailored for a specific audience.
• Manage the different aspects of go to market plans - training, materials/how to guides, presentations, customer feedback collection, and evaluation
• Understands interdependencies between stakeholders and assists in monitoring go-to-market implementation plans and progress.
