CRM System Administrator

Job Description



Title: CRM System Administrator

Location: Southfield, Mi. - Chicago, Il. - Devner, CO.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

-Lead implementations to the production environment

-Create and maintain documentation on system architecture, security, processes, policies, and application configuration

-Proactively identify process improvement and enablement opportunities; including analyzing business processes and translating them into system requirements

-Serve as a liaison between the firm, software vendor, and certified partners for successful resolution of support cases

-Perform application administrator functions; such as: user profile management, permissions, data rules, activation of new features, licenses and storage capacity

-Design dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals

-Provide support to users through coordination with IT Service Desk, Practice Analysts, and work directly with users

-Serve as escalation point to resolve technical issues regarding application, data integrity, integrations, and workflow, Architecture, Management, CRM

The qualifications.

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree is preferred

-5 years of previous IT experience

-Experience in Dynamics CRM application implementation including design, build, test, and deployment

-Extensive skill and ability in version management and issue tracking software to document all changes

-Extensive experience analyzing and documenting different system flows, process flows and work flows. Ability to support and work in a project development and support environment with ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly

-Must be proficient in stakeholder management; managing a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and gaining buy-in from them for the recommended path forward

-This position may require some local travel Architecture, Management, CRM
