2 weekdays - 8 hours shift-Time: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
2 weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday) 12 hours shift-Time: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
This could be 12 hours on Saturday and 12 on Sunday and 8+8 on any 2 weekdays totaling 40 hours/week.

8 hours on Wednesday
12 hours on Saturday
The same schedule will go on for all weeks and will involve all weekends, so candidates must be comfortable working on weekends after training
Candidate will go through 3 to 6 months for training- Candidate will go through 3 to 6 months for training.
Training Time - M-F 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Contract to Hire position – Minimum 6 months contract.
Serves as the critical point of contact for both public and internal (employee, patient, visitor) customers: properly greeting and recording requests. Serves as the link between customers and various hospital departments for problem resolution. Efficiently performs all duties related to directory assistance and documentation and dispatch of work requests utilizing the hospital - designated software(s).
Education: H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ADDENDUM:
- One year customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience using call center and dispatch software systems preferred.
